StackTrack is a portfolio tracking application for precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, and palladium). The App allows you to:

  • View current market prices from various dealers
  • Calculate portfolio values and profit/loss
  • Compare dealer buy and sell prices

3. No Financial Advice

Important: The App is for informational and tracking purposes only. We do not provide:

  • Financial, investment, or tax advice
  • Recommendations to buy or sell precious metals
  • Guarantees about price accuracy or market predictions

Always consult with qualified financial professionals before making investment decisions.

4. Price Data Disclaimer

  • Price data is sourced from third-party dealers and may not be real-time
  • Prices shown are indicative and may differ from actual transaction prices
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data
  • Price data is provided "as is" without warranty

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when entering portfolio data
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
  • Not use the App to infringe on others' rights
  • Keep your device and account credentials secure

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

7. Limitation of Liability

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
